Films school's competition

Regulation and competition form for the film schools competition inside  IPIFF5 festival - 2010.

Rules for 2010:

1. General

Between the 1st to the 4 th of July 2010 the 5th IPIFF edition will be held  in Constanta - Mamaia - Romania.The Festival is organized by the Film and Audiovisual Producers Union  in Romania –The Patronage of Film and Television Producing Companies - UPFAR PSPCT

2. Terms for subscription to the Film Schools  Competition

a) Genres:

The competition allows three short films categories: fiction, documentary, animation / experimental

b) technical conditions:

To participate in the competition films must meet the following conditions:

- Original format of film: fiction 35 mm black and white and color, 16 mm fiction (translated in Beta)  Beta or DVD fiction, Beta or DVD documentary, animation / experimental Beta or DVD

- Production year: 2008, 2009, 2010.

 3. Registration procedure

The form and the support of the  film must be received by June 10, 2010 at the following address:

4. Transport Festival films

a) reels (35 mm) / cassettes  (BETA) / DVD of the selected films in the competition must reach the above address until June 10, 2010.

b) reels / cassettes must be accompanied to the exact address of the sender, if these conditions are not met, the festival's organizers are not responsible for losses or delays in return.

c) the organizers are responsible for safety of the reels / cassettes for the time that they are at the Festival.

5. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of and compliance with all the rules above.
